Conversion of paper FD258 fingerprint card to digital .EFT file - $30 You will be provided with your digital .EFT file which you can use when submitting ATF Form 1's or Form 4's. You can mail your paper cards or bring in person and your .EFT file will be emailed to you.
(If you would like your paper FD258 returned, a fee of $2.50 to cover postage will apply. If not, once the paper card is converted to digital format, it is shredded.) If you want your .EFT file sent via email in a more "secure" manner, I am happy to send it in a password protected zip folder. Please let us know or it will be sent via email.
We process cards on the same day they are received. If any information is missing on your card, it may delay the conversion. We will reach out via email/text/phone if we need any additional information.

If there is any sensitive information on the card (like your SSN) that you would prefer to not send via email, we are happy to call you and obtain over the phone. Your PII will always be safeguard and never shared/shown to anyone else (I am an FFL and a Notary Public and take privacy very seriously).
NOTE: If you do not want your FD258 card back, please do not check out thru the website. As of now, I cannot remove the $2.50 shipping fee from website orders if you want your card shredded after conversion.
If you do NOT want your card back, please contact us via email at fingerprints@dc-arms.com or thru the website and we will send you out a custom invoice for the conversion without the return shipping fee.
Also, if you prefer to pay with a USPS Money Order or Check, please contact us first. We will accept those forms of payment, but it will delay your conversion anywhere from 3-7 days or however long it takes for the funds to clear. Send us a message fingerprints@dc-arms.com for more info.
